Followed in the footsteps of the first book. I'll probably read the third book too, since this was originally meant to be a trilogy, but I think that'll be it for me. It seems obvious at this point that good will prevail and the Big Relationship Issue will be magically solved, because this is, after all, a YA book and certain lines would never be crossed in a fluffy piece like this with said audience.
One thing I have to say is that Clary's character is starting to really rub me the wrong way. Sure she has her one unique talent, but most often than not she's just standing around, screaming her head off and relying on other people to save her. Wake up, girl.
An entertaining read, nontheless.
